What Information Does Clicknow Collects?
When you click the search or translate button, only the selected text is sent to Clicknow's server. We don't collect device info, IP, or any other personal Identifiable Information (PII).
Note, that the text is only sent upon clicking on the button, or pressing a shortcut. It is NOT sent when you highlight the text, so rest assured.
What Information Is Stored on Clicknow's Server?
The only information stored is user payment info and activation status.
Clicknow does NOT store user-selected text.
Can Clicknow Link Requests to A Specific User?
No. We authenticate requests in an anonymous way, making it impossible to link to a specific user even if we want to.
