I've been asked a lot about the compatibility of Clicknow and PopClip.
In short: they're compatible, and you can use Clicknow and PopClip together
Above is what it looks like when both are activated. I crafted Clicknow so that its popup doesn't overlap with PopClip's.
If you don't like having two popups, well, there are two options you can try:
Use PopClip in shortcut mode
Set a shortcut for PopClip, and make sure it's in "OFF" state.
Use Clicknow in shortcut mode
Create a keyboard shortcut for Clicknow, this will automatically disable the popup.
You can even configure Clicknow as a PopClip extension
This is not officially supported (yet), but our brilliant users have found a way:
Step 1: assuming you already set a keyboard shortcut for Clicknow, e.g. command option shift ctrl X
Step 2: Create a simple PopClip extension, something like this:
Make sure the shortcut matches the "key combo":
#popclip Clicknow icon: S name: Clicknow key combo: command option shift ctrl X
Step 3: Install this extension and use it 😀
